Volunteer Park, across from the Franklin County Courthouse in Pasco, WA is home base for the Northern Pacific Ten-Wheeler #1354 and caboose. #1354, an S4 class locomotive, was built by Baldwin Locomotive Works in 1902. A track was built down 4th Avenue in 1954 to bring the train into the park.
