WEST RICHLAND, Benton County - The sign by the bus door read: "Sorry. No haircuts for uncontrollable kids." An afternoon at Jean's Bus Barber Shop. That's right  - bus. Since Hanford's early days in the 1940s, the business marched to a different drummer. It was essentially a no-frills, one-seat barbershop, the only one in West Richland. But it's also a remodeled Spokane city bus. And Jean, the owner, was a barber since 1966 - never wanting to leave the masculine barbershop atmosphere for a hair-styling salon. "I'm just a plain old barber for plain old everyday men.
