The Richland Centennial Committee built a replica of the Howard Amon Park Arch. The original arch was built in 1912 and was the first thing in town when Richland was incorporated. Members of the committee say this arch is an important part of history. “It just reestablishes the gateway to what was the heart and soul of the town since its beginning and it just helps make it that again,” said Burt Pierard, member of the Richland Centennial Committee.
