Watercolor Class Supplies

 

 

First week of class, bring with you:

  • notebook and pencil
  • scissors
  • roll of 2" wide clear package tape (to cover and waterproof the watercolor boards we make in class)
  • staple gun & staples (5/16" minimum)
Watercolor supplies in the Tri-Cities are expensive and not of good quality. You can find what you need by ordering the materials below.

  • masking tape (3/4" is good)
  • white plastic eraser or gray kneadable eraser
  • pencils (#2 is fine)
  • water container (LARGE--a Cool Whip container is fine)
  • spray bottle
  • scissors
  • paper towels

Optional: get these if you find you need them.

  • cheap small kitchen sponge
  • matboad strips (I supply these -- at least to start with.)
