About this painting . . .

   My daughter Amy serves once again as the model for this painting. I began with a rough sketch of the figure’s position and then began the process of building the painting piece by piece. First came the figure (with many revisions); next came the swirly floor. The geometric background “grew,” followed by the soft ball.
