About this painting . . .

   Harlequin "grew" on top of another painting, Poppy Victorian . I had felt that the original painting wasn't working, and kept thinking of a harlequin whenever I looked at it. The largest figure came first, followed by the tumbling trio on the right and the cartwheeling figures at left. Lace texture from the original piece and shooting spheres completed the painting.
